  • DEMONSTRATION WALL “SPIRITs of Tucson”

These images are of a 110 foot long mosaic wall, an expose of discarded materials presented in an artistic form. The Demonstration Wall is an installation designed in a series of 5 panels approximately 20′ wide x 6′ high. One panel is 12′ high. Each panel tells a different story of “spirit” evoked by the designer’s personal experiences in Tucson, AZ. All panels experiment with weaving light through the use of mirror. The panels transition subtly from one to the next to create a 110′ long story. The wall has been designed to demonstrate examples of a variety of ways to use mirror to create new spatial dimensions.
